As Chief Product Officer, Srini Raghavan leads the Product Management and User Experience Design teams. A passionate technology enthusiast, Raghavan brings over 15 years experience in the technology industry building and leading innovation teams to deliver groundbreaking new products. He has versatile experience in the Enterprise SaaS industry having worked as a leader in multiple roles.

Prior to RingCentral, Raghavan served as Senior Vice President of Product Management for AI, Automation and Digital product portfolio at Five9, where he built innovative products leveraging AI, including Agent Assist, AI Agents for Voice and Digital and significantly scaled the AI & Digital product portfolio. Prior to Five9, he worked at Cisco for 3 years, most recently as Director of Product Management in the Applications Software Group.

Raghavan holds an MBA in entrepreneurship, strategy, and finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also has a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science and Engineering.
