Akshay Srivastava
As General Manager, Small Business, Akshay Srivastava is responsible for driving the company’s leadership position as the AI business communications provider of choice for small business owners.
With an enhanced focus on customer experience and vision for a simplified multi-product solution, Srivastava and his team drive to create a compelling offering that engages and grows the company’s small business market share. As RingCentral’s former Chief Customer Officer, he is particularly attuned to the needs of the small business sector and ensuring every customer touchpoint is aligned to meet those unique needs.
Srivastava joined RingCentral in 2019, leading Finance Operations. He then assumed the role of Chief Digital Officer managing a broad scope of operational teams driving critical business insights and leading digital transformation of the company’s systems and processes.
He served as Chief Customer Officer from June 2023 to July 2024 and was responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, championing voice of the customer perspectives, leveraging insights from customer interactions, and driving customer loyalty and retention. In this role, he oversaw all of RingCentral’s customer support, customer success management, voice of the customer and community functions.
Srivastava has over 20 years of experience working in the technology industry with a deep focus on Software as a Service (SaaS). He grew up all over the world and has lived on every continent except Antarctica. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University.
