Amy Guggenheim Shenkan
Ms. Shenkan is an experienced public company and private equity backed corporate director, public company officer, president, and former McKinsey & Company digital transformation leader. Shenkan is known for driving growth by innovating successful digital transformations. This expertise derives from her long track record of leading and advising US based and international organizations to leverage technology for strategic advantage including by innovating omnichannel distribution models, evolving GTM and product strategies and in executing mergers and integrations while driving necessary cultural transformations.
Shenkan’s operating experience spans 30 years and includes leadership positions in industry powerhouses such as McKinsey & Company, GE, Wells Fargo, Travelocity (formerly Previewtravel.com) and Common Sense Media.
Shenkan has served on both public and PE owned corporate boards for over 12 years. She is a Senior Advisor to Altamont Capital Partners where she serves on the boards of Hybrid Apparel and Byrider (until its sale in September 2024). She also serves on the board of Pickles Auctions, which is owned by Apax Partners as well as on the board of Zuora (NYSE: ZUO) where she sits on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee. Her previous board experience includes RB Global (NYSE: RBA), E.L.F. Cosmetics, and vRide. She is also an active volunteer in the non-profit sector and currently serves as a Board Member of The GroundTruth Project, Silicon Valley Director’s Exchange and the Global Advisory Board of Harvard Business School.
Shenkan earned a BA in Economics and Psychology and graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
