Abhey Lamba

Abhey Lamba is a seasoned finance and technology executive with more than 30 years of experience primarily focused on enterprise technology. As Chief Financial Officer, Lamba is responsible for all of RingCentral’s financial functions, including financial planning, controllership, tax, treasury, corporate development and investor relations.  
 
Prior to RingCentral, Lamba served as Vice President of Finance for Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he oversaw a global team of finance professionals and managed the organization’s infrastructure investments, including Gen AI. Prior to AWS, he held finance leadership roles at Cisco Systems and Autodesk, Inc. and served as a sell-side analyst on Wall Street where he covered enterprise technology, hardware and SaaS companies at UBS, ISI Group and Mizuho Securities. 
 
Lamba holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
