112 notifications
To help enable a safer workplace, Office users will have the ability to send notifications by email to a predefined list of recipients when 112 is dialled by any user on an account.
Automatic call recording enablement
With automatic call recording enablement, users don’t have to worry about remembering to record a call. When ACR is turned on for an account, admins can enable call recording during the activation process, as well as manage recording settings within user details.
Polling for RingCentral Meetings™
Meetings hosts can now incorporate single or multiple choice poll questions into live meetings. Hosts can launch a poll to quickly gather information from meeting participants and share generated read-outs to participants in real time.
