Better understand how employees are adopting and using the RingCentral platform across your organisation, departments, and sites. Find out who the power users are, trends and patterns of use, most preferred endpoints, departments with low users and non-users, and identify which individuals or departments might benefit from an extra training session.

Quality of Service and device status alerts

Admins can proactively monitor and resolve system and performance issues with quality of service (QoS) alerts, which trigger when call quality deviates from the pre-set parameters for the entire company, individual location, user group or ISP Device status alerts can also be triggered when devices go offline. Now admins can resolve problems before they turn into big issues.
