December 2019 Release
Global number ordering and porting made easy with on-demand portal
The process for ordering and porting numbers has been streamlined for Global RingEX, international virtual numbers (IVN), and IVN freephone numbers. Admins will now be able to receive and submit documents required by a country through the online RingCentral portal.
New devices available for Global RingEX
We now offer three new devices included in our international shipping and device support. The Yealink W60P, Yealink T48S, and Polycom OBi302 offer benefits such as in-office mobility with longer battery life, good range, faster charging time, and a large touchscreen. These devices will be replacing the Cisco SPA122 ATA and Yealink W56P, which have reached end of life for sales support.
