Five9 provides multiple package options starting at $175 per concurrent user. However, other than the Digital only package, none of Five9’s other packages offer a complete omnichannel solution. SMS/MMS and Social Messaging require separate add-on packages. Without paying for extra digital capabilities, even if you have Five9’s Ultimate package you are limited to Chat and Email.
