The Office
Our open workspace is designed keeping convenience, collaboration productivity in mind. We aim to create an environment where everyone can work comfortably, maintaining focus on their tasks.
Recognizing the need for occasional calls, especially in a globally distributed team, we’ve included meeting rooms that cater to privacy, focus and flexibility. These rooms are designed to support both large in-person meetings and private one-on-one calls. This helps minimize disruptions for the rest of the team while still creating space for collaboration. This thoughtful balance of open and private spaces ensures everyone has what they need to collaborate effectively and work at their best.
The Fun Times
We believe that a strong team spirit is built not only through work but also through shared experiences and moments of joy. That’s why we organize regular events that bring our people together!
How do we do this? Twice a week, we gather for breakfasts in our cozy kitchens, and throughout the day, healthy (and not-so-healthy) snacks are readily available. Of course, along with limitless coffee to fuel our IT professionals (though we do recommend keeping it under 10 cups a day!).
Nurturing a fun environment often comes with lots to celebrate — from work anniversaries, birthdays, holidays and more! e host bi-monthly birthday parties, combining yummy treats and interactive team games for a lively and warm atmosphere.
We also encourage and support employees whom are interested in creating their own events. Table tennis is especially popular at the RingCentral Bulgaria office. Recently, one of our team members organized a friendly tournament that brought the whole office together, both players and spectators. Of course there were prizes involved to make it truly memorable! Together, we create a workplace where connection, creativity, and collaboration thrive.
Our themed New Year parties are always a memorable highlight — this year, we “traveled” to a tropical paradise without ever leaving Sofia!
The Tech Events
