Comparably, a leading workplace culture and compensation reviews site in the United States, just released its second quarter 2023 awards highlighting the best companies based on anonymous feedback from employees at more than 70,000 companies.

Comparably is one of the most used SaaS platforms for employer branding and a trusted third-party site for workplace culture and compensation, analyzing data in nearly 20 different workplace categories including gender, ethnicity, age, experience, industry, location, and education. Their anonymous annual surveys take into account more than 15 million employee ratings across 70,000 different companies. All ratings for this year’s awards were provided from January 2023 through June 2023.
