We are proud to share that RingCentral has been recognized as a leader of the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ forUCaaS for the 10th consecutive year. It’s a great honor that reflects the company’s consistency in excellence, strong execution and reliability. 

Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) is an influential research report that evaluates and categorizes vendors in the UCaaS market. Vendors are evaluated on two main dimensions: their Ability to Execute and their Completeness of Vision. 


Ability to Execute assesses how well the vendor can deliver its UCaaS offerings effectively and reliably in the market. Some of the criteria include: product or service, overall viability, market responsiveness, and the internal operations. Completeness of Vision evaluates the vendor’s understanding of current market trends, its strategic direction, and its ability to innovate. Here we have a deeper look at a vendor’s understanding of the market, product strategy, business model and innovations.
