Highlights:

  • RingCentral’s culture of giving shines through global charitable initiatives.
  • Discover how our international teams supported their communities and spread holiday cheer this season.

From Manila to the San Francisco Bay Area, the RingCentral workforce enthusiastically embraced the holiday spirit through acts of kindness, charitable donations, and volunteer efforts. Here’s how our teams around the world made the season brighter!

Asia Events Spreads Holiday Cheer

Continuing a cherished tradition, RingCentral Manila’s Culture Council led the “Happy Box” campaign, creating boxes filled with essential items like food and festive items like toys in order to spread joy and generosity to malnourished children in public schools. This initiative aligns with our “Salu-Salo” holiday campaign, reflecting our commitment to community care. Our India offices in Bengaluru and Gurugram organized clothes donation drives in partnership with Goonj, an non-government organization that works to improve the lives of vulnerable communities in India.

In celebration of the Double Ninth Festival, a cultural tradition honoring ancestors, our RingCentral China office in Xiamen gave back by visiting the Lanxin Home for the Elderly. During the event, employees engaged with 50 seniors, enjoyed chrysanthemum tea and Chongyang cake, and presented each elder with a gift box, bringing warmth to the hearts of our elderly friends. Additionally, the China offices in both Xiamen and Hangzhou partnered with the Hangzhou Six Big Bag Public Welfare Organization to host a successful book donation event for the “Treasure House” project. This initiative creates a welcoming space for children from low-income families migrating from other provinces. Marc Chan, VP and General Manager of China, personally delivered the donated books to the organization.

EMEA Gives Back to Communities

In RingCentral Spain, employees aided in the recovery efforts caused by catastrophic flooding in the southeastern region of Spain, particularly Valencia. Employees helped clean local businesses, churches, and schools, delivered essential supplies, assisted elderly residents, and even fed stray animals. Their efforts not only aided recovery but also helped brighten the community in time for the holiday season. Meanwhile, in Bulgaria, employees at our new RingCentral office organized a Pet’s Calendar initiative, donating proceeds to a shelter for animals.

United States Gives Toys, Toys and More Toys

In the U.S., RingCentral employees continued their heartfelt tradition of supporting local toy drives, ensuring thousands of children experienced the joy of the holiday season. In the Denver Office, the U.S. Culture Council partnered with Kids Crossing, an organization dedicated to supporting foster and therapeutic foster care across Colorado’s Front Range. Employees selected tags from the in-office Holiday Giving Tree, purchased requested gifts, and returned them beautifully wrapped, making holiday wishes come true. In Belmont, employees generously contributed to the San Mateo Consolidated Firefighters’ Holiday Toy Drive, a key supplier of toys and books to numerous charities in San Mateo County. Their kindness helped brighten the holidays for countless children.

We are incredibly proud of our employees’ generosity and dedication to giving back. Thank you to everyone who participated and made a positive impact in our communities.

Happy Holidays and Happy New Years to all!
