What strikes you first when you enter the sun-lit offices of RingCentral Bulgaria, is that from every corner of the room you can hear soft murmurs of people speaking different languages. People are smiling and waving at each other, catching up after the weekend, planning meetings and calls for later on. Minutes later everyone settled down at their workplaces or in conference rooms, having their daily meetings and working on tasks.
A multinational team.
RingCentral Bulgaria is a diverse environment, where people from five different nationalities come together to develop our communications platform. Our team consists of local Bulgarian developers, as well as professionals from other countries. What matters most here — is your skills, input and vision, that you bring to the table.
Having so many expats working at the office we do everything we can to make their transition to Bulgaria as smooth as possible. Our HR Team takes all the migration related issues under control, as we walk you through the entire process of entering the country and acquiring legal status.
Once you arrive we consult you on real estate agencies, schools, transportation and other things that may be useful during your adaptation period.
Continuous development.
We highly value personal development and strive to provide you with opportunities for continuous growth. We believe that life is for learning — and applying what you’ve learned to practice. Which is why all the trainings provided by our Education Department are targeted at real life skills.
We offer courses that help you with skills you can directly apply at work. We share tips and tricks for effective communications, time management, and leadership among other things. The best part — we get to practice and apply them right away.
Apart from that we offer language courses for English and Bulgarian languages. Learning languages is crucial, as it helps you to build stronger bonds with your colleagues and integrate into the new community easier.
A place for work and fun.
Balance is important, which is why our office is a place where you can work with comfort and also connect with your colleagues. If you’re immigrating to Bulgaria to work with us, we will provide you with your first local group of friends — your co-workers! We regularly host fun events — birthday parties, gameboard nights, wine tastings and workshops, where you can get to know the local culture.
