RingCentral channel leaders Zane Long, SVP Global Channel Sales; and Lisa Del Real, AVP of Global Channel Programs and Operations, have received multiple accolades for outstanding work throughout their careers. I’m proud to announce that these two talented individuals have recently received additional recognition.
Over the last year, through their achievements, RingCentral’s channel business has evolved to over $100M in revenue in 2017, doubling year over year. This great momentum and success is thanks to RingCentral’s leading cloud communications solutions that customers are eager to implement, and also to the unique Channel Harmony: One to Infinity Program that Zane and Lisa implemented last year. An industry differentiator, it eliminates conflict between channel partners and direct sales teams, with all parties involved receiving 100% commission. To put it simply, RingCentral created a win-win situation for everyone involved. I am excited to see how our success continues over the next year as RingCentral further expands worldwide.
Both Zane and Lisa were recognized at the Channel Partners Conference and Expo in Las Vegas for their profound accomplishments. Zane was selected among a prestigious few to receive the Circle of Excellence award, which is given by Channel Partners editors, who are renowned industry experts. Zane continues to demonstrate an unwavering dedication to the channel community as well as to the cloud communications industry. “I am both honored and humbled to receive this Circle of Excellence award and look forward to continuing to advance and expand the RingCentral channel business throughout 2018!” says Zane.
Lisa was the sole recipient of the third annual Trailblazer Cloud Girls Rising award. Presented by Cloud Girls, a not-for-profit consortium of women evangelizing the cloud, in collaboration with the Alliance of Channel Women, this award was created to honor women in the communications and IT channel who have shown leadership and innovation in the emerging cloud space as well as to inspire more women to step forward and follow their example.
Lisa continues to pave the way through her work in developing a notable channel partner program that advances cloud and next-generation technology solutions and the industry at large. Colleagues and others in the partner community recognize her as a role model and mentor. “As a boundary-pushing, trailblazing entrepreneur, I am truly honored to have been selected to receive this award by like-minded female leaders,” says Lisa. “Joining the ranks of Cloud Girls further inspires me to continue to authentically lead by example, a value I hold true to by serving as a sounding board, mentor, and positive resource for the women within RingCentral and the channel.”
Given the channel’s momentum over the past year and its innovative strategies for continued growth throughout 2018 and beyond, it’s no wonder Zane and Lisa continue to receive such prestigious recognition. Congratulations Zane and Lisa!
