Steven Zachok is VP, Product Management for RingCentral, contributing to product vision and strategy within RingCentral's MVP (Message, Video, Phone) product line. Steven previously held the role of AVP, Solutions Engineering at RingCentral, helping customers successfully take advantage of all the benefits of RingCentral's cloud-based unified communications and contact center solution. Prior to RingCentral, Steven spent the previous 20 years at Avaya and Nortel Networks, in a variety of roles leading Operations, Technical Support and Customer Service teams.
