Srini Raghavan is Chief Product Officer (CPO) at RingCentral, leading the Product Management and User Experience Design teams. Prior to coming to RingCentral, Srini was Senior Vice President of Product Management for AI, Automation and Digital product portfolio at Five9 where he built innovative products leveraging AI including Agent Assist, AI Agents for Voice and Digital and significantly scaled the AI & Digital product portfolio.Prior to Five9, Srini worked Cisco for 3 years, most recently as Director of product management in Applications Software Group. Srini is a passionate technology enthusiast and has been in the technology industry for 15+ years. He has versatile experience in Enterprise SaaS industry having worked as a leader in multiple roles. Srini got his MBA in entrepreneurship, strategy, and finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also has a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science & Engineering.
