Channel Veteran Robinder Koura Joins RingCentral to Lead Channel Sales for EMEA

(NYSE:RNG), today announced the appointment of channel veteran Robinder Koura as head of Channel Sales for EMEA. In this role, Koura will be responsible for partner programme expansion and activities. As companies in every industry and country continue to realize the benefits of cloud-based solutions, EMEA-based channel partners will be well positioned to deliver RingCentral solutions to a global customer base.

Koura brings more than 25 years of experience in the IT space, having previously worked at Nortel Networks, and most recently at Genband, where he led channel program efforts for EMEA. For the last 10 years, he has been dedicated to helping partners and Master Agents make the transition to selling cloud-based solutions and executing marketing campaigns across EMEA.

RingCentral Rooms™ Brings Next Generation Cloud-Based Room Video Conferencing Solution to UK Businesses

(NYSE:RNG), today announced the availability of enterprise-grade room video conferencing to businesses in the UK with the introduction of RingCentral Rooms.

Providing an unparalleled conferencing solution, RingCentral’s objective is to help organisations overcome the pain points of complex, difficult to use, and costly, fixed infrastructure systems associated with traditional telepresence-type set-ups. RingCentral Rooms uses a web conferencing platform to connect meeting room hardware, such as screens, cameras and speakers, with external and internal users, as well as with other rooms. This enables seamless participation with other RingCentral Meetings™ participants joining from mobile, tablets, desktops, or IP desk phones, meeting the needs of today’s modern workforce.

RingCentral Rooms is an add-on service, which requires a RingCentral Office subscription and is not sold as a standalone service.

RingCentral Introduces Global Office to UK Customers and Increases Support for Local Developers

London, England – 26th May 2016 – RingCentral UK, Ltd., a leading provider of cloud communication and collaboration solutions and a wholly owned subsidiary of RingCentral, Inc. (NYSE:RNG), is providing British businesses with the tools to communicate and operate effectively in the global market by launching RingCentral Global Office™ in Europe. It is also expanding local support for its Developer Program as part of the open Connect Platform.

RingCentral Global Office offers a single global Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution designed for multinational businesses. Connecting workforces across multiple countries, RingCentral Global Office reduces the complexity and high costs of maintaining multiple, legacy on-premise PBX systems with a single cloud solution. Businesses no longer need to struggle with the onerous and expensive task of figuring out how to deploy their communications infrastructure globally.

Phone system management has also been updated in RingCentral Global Office, providing more support for IT and operational staff. Del Monte Foods Streamlines Business Communications Worldwide with RingCentral

BELMONT, Calif.—February 3, 2016 - RingCentral, Inc. The selection has enabled Del Monte to centralise its administration and provide mobility, initially to 200 employees in the U.S. and the Philippines. The footprint is expected to expand with the potential to reach 1,400 employees in the months ahead.
