Tarek Robbiati

Tarek Robbiati has served as RingCentral’s Chief Executive Officer since August 2023 and has been a member of the RingCentral Board of Directors since December 2022.

Robbiati is a renowned strategic and financial executive with experience across the telecom, media, technology and financial services industries. Prior to joining RingCentral, Robbiati served as Chief Financial Officer and EVP of Strategy of Hewlett Packard Enterprise since 2018 where he helped oversee the company’s portfolio transformation and financial growth, including doubling ARR while significantly growing free cash flow. Before joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Robbiati served as Chief Financial Officer of Sprint Corporation from August 2015 to February 2018 where he led the company’s strategic efforts to reposition the company.

Prior to these roles, Robbiati served in various executive positions across the globe. He was personally recruited to FlexiGroup Limited in Australia in January 2013 and subsequently led a highly successful transformation that included a radical shift in the core business model. As Group Managing Director and President of Telstra International Group in Hong Kong, Robbiati was the driving force behind the company’s Telecom Asia’s “Best Mobile Carrier” award in 2011. He also served as Executive Chairman and CEO of Telstra’s Hong Kong-based subsidiary CSL Limited. Earlier in his career, Robbiati held leadership positions at global credit insurer Atradius, Orange PLC in the UK, investment bank Lehman Brothers, and the global consultancy Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Robbiati holds a Master of Science Nuclear Physics and Electronics from École nationale supérieure d’ingénieurs de Caen (ENSICAEN), a Master of Science Business Administration from IAE Caen and a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School.
