Louise Newbury-Smith

Louise Newbury-Smith is the Country Manager for the UK and Ireland at RingCentral, where she leads a team of talented people to help customers move their communications to the cloud. She has spent much of her career in telecommunications, occupying director roles for big players including BT and Daisy Group.

Louise is a passionate advocate for women in tech and leadership. As part of this, she set up a resource group at RingCentral where women and allies share advice and experiences to help overcome challenges and celebrate both personal and professional successes. 

Out of work, Louise rides her two horses and competes at dressage when she has time. She finds the gymnastic training of the horses fantastic for their well being and enjoys the partnership with them.
