Nuclei app integration for Vodafone Business UC

Overview

Nuclei provides Vodafone Business UC customers with the ability to automatically export, enrich, and archive all voice communications taking place within Vodafone Business UC, including:  

1. Call Recordings
2. Voicemails

The integration is based on the Vodafone Business UC Voice API which enables Nuclei to receive and archive recordings and related metadata. To enable connectivity customers must install the Nuclei archiving app from the Vodafone Business UC App Gallery. 

Afterwards, Nuclei will automatically retrieve and archive call recordings that take place enabling archival and further processing in other 3rd party applications. 

Prerequisites

1. RingCentral Office Premium or Ultimate
2. RingCentral Automatic Call Recording
3. Authorization of Nuclei archiving app
