Send bulk notifications or marketing messages via SMS

Reach your customers on their mobile devices using SMS for appointment reminders, alerts, marketing promotions, and much more. 

The SMS Campaigns App allows you to send thousands of custom SMS messages to customers and opt-in lists using any RingCentral SMS enabled number.

Send up to 250,000 messages per day with the ability to copy and paste numbers or upload a multi-column CSV for templated messages for individual message personalization. Add emojis or media attachments for friendlier messages, to improve visibility, and to share important information. Even create polls or auto-replies for easy confirmation of orders or appointments!

Before sending you will see a preview of your message and the estimated cost associated with your send (the app is free, the only cost is the actual cost of the SMS messages). Even better, when using Enhanced Business SMS these costs will first be deducted from your free included allotment and your SMS bundle (if purchased) prior to incurring overage charges, saving you money while increasing your reach and ROI.

When sending high volumes of SMS, we highly recommend purchasing an SMS bundle to help reduce your messaging costs.

Upon sending your SMS, you’ll receive real-time updates in the app, along with a report that details the status of each message sent, or why it could not be delivered (ie. sent message to a landline).

Note - not all features are available for all number types.

Requirements

1. Browser (Firefox, Chrome, Mozilla, and Safari)

2. RingCentral SMS enabled number

3. Completed TCR registration for your company

Installation

 1. Make sure you've submitted the required TCR registration for your number by filling out the form at https://gamechanging.dev/tcr

 2. Navigate to https://www.sms-campaigns.com/ and login with the extension of the number you'd like to use to start using the app.
