Nuclei app integration for RingCentral with Verizon

Overview

Nuclei provides RingCentral with Verizon customers with the ability to automatically export, enrich, and archive all voice communications taking place within RingCentral with Verizon, including:  

1. Call Recordings
2. Voicemails

The integration is based on the RingCentral with Verizon Voice API which enables Nuclei to receive and archive recordings and related metadata. To enable connectivity customers must install the Nuclei archiving app from the RingCentral with Verizon App Gallery. 

Afterwards, Nuclei will automatically retrieve and archive call recordings that take place enabling archival and further processing in other 3rd party applications.

1. RingCentral Office Premium or Ultimate
2. RingCentral Automatic Call Recording
3. Authorization of Nuclei archiving app
