Nuclei Team Messaging Archiving for RingCentral

Overview

Nuclei provides AT&T Office@Hand with the ability to automatically export, enrich, and archive all Team Messaging communications taking place within RingCentral, including:  

  1. Chat Messages 
  2. Conversation Messages
  3. Notes

As a first step, the "Nuclei for Team Messaging" app must be authorized from RingCentral App Gallery. Afterwards, Nuclei will automatically export RingCentral Team Messaging content into your existing compliance archive. Afterwards, Nuclei will automatically retrieve and archive Team Messaging content into your existing compliance archive. 

Prerequisites

  1. RingCentral Desktop or PWA
  2. A Glip Profile 
  3. Activation of the "Enable Message Data Export" setting
  4. Authorization of the Nuclei archiving app

AT&T Office@Hand

The following types of AT&T Office@Hand events are supported for archiving:

  1. Chat Messages 
  2. Conversation Messages
  3. Notes

Posts

The following types of metadata are supported for each message:

  2. Post Text
