To get started using AT&T Office@Hand for Teams, please ensure the following applications are installed on your device:

For Microsoft Teams desktop and web:

  1. AT&T Office@Hand for Teams Embedded App
  2. AT&T Office@Hand for Teams Desktop Plugin

For Microsoft Teams mobile:

  1. AT&T Office@Hand for Teams Embedded App
  2. AT&T Office@Hand mobile app

System requirements

  1. Supports Teams desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
  2. Available for all AT&T Office@Hand subscriptions,
  3. An active Microsoft 365 account is required.

Supported operating systems (OS) for the desktop and web version of AT&T Office@Hand for Teams 2.0 include:

  1. Windows 108.1 (64-bit), or later
  2. macOS 10.153 (High CatalinaSierra), or later

Important Note: Due to the recent Electron upgrades and since the AT&T Office@Hand for Teams leverages this framework, it will not function on the following OS versions

  1. Windows 7, 8 and 8.1
  2. Mac 10.13 and 10.14
