Installation Instructions

Make sure that you have administrator privileges on your computer in order to install RingCentral for Outlook. 

1. Download the version of RingCentral Video for Microsoft Outlook that is best for you using the download button above.
2. Download 64-bit for Outlook version 64-bit or 86-bit.
3. Download 32-bit for Outlook version 32 bit.
4. Close Microsoft Outlook.
5. Run the installation .MSI you downloaded previously. Follow all the prompts.
6. Open Microsoft Outlook, then click the RingCentral for Outlook icon. The app appears on the right side when it is properly installed.
