HireLogic for BT Cloud Work
Introduction
HireLogic is an AI-powered conversational analytics platform that dramatically improves interview productivity and intelligence, to enable smarter hiring and staffing decisions. HireLogic extracts valuable insights by listening to BT Cloud Work based or any in-person or remote interviews.
By integrating BT Cloud Work, HireLogic automatically imports and analyzes the recorded interviews conducted on BT Cloud Work and provides automated notes and other valuable insights.
How does it work
- After integrating with BT Cloud Work and configuring your phone number (steps provided below), the user can make a phone a call to another person, i.e. interviewer calling the candidate.
- Once the phone call is complete, the product generates automated interview notes and other insights
Requirements
To successfully connect RingCentral to HireLogic, you need to meet the following requirements:
- The user who connects RingCentral with HireLogic must be both a RingCentral Admin and HireLogic Admin.
- Ensure that you have on-demand call recording is turned ON on the RingCentral account. You can read about this here.
