- A valid Avaya Cloud Office and Salesmate account
- Salesmate web app and Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App ( to use integration along with Salesmate web app )
- Salesmate and Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App on Android or iOS ( to use integration on mobile app)
For Windows 7 (or later):
