To get started using RingCentral for Teams, please ensure the following applications are installed on your device:

System requirements
- Supports Teams desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
- Available for all Avaya Cloud Office license levels
- An active Microsoft 365 account is required.
Supported operating systems (OS) for the desktop and web version of RingCentral for Teams 2.0 include:
- Windows 108.1 (64-bit), or later
- macOS 10.153 (High CatalinaSierra), or later
Important Note: Due to the recent Electron upgrades and since the RingCentral for Teams leverages this framework, it will not function on the following OS versions
