MessageWatcher LLC app integration for Avaya Cloud Office
The MessageWatcher app will allow your organization to archive text messages, voicemails, call logs and faxes in a non-rewritable format so you can produce records for audits, e-discovery, regulatory examinations, and investigations. The intuitive MessageWatcher interface makes it easy to conduct searches, monitor policy violations and manage groups, users, and reporting.
Your messages and call logs can reside in the archive with other content like your email, social media content, web pages and content from other sources like Microsoft Teams, Salesforce and Slack. Policies can be setup to flag employee texts, voicemails or faxes with words or phrases that exist in your policies' lexicons. This helps your deal with possible regulatory violations (SEC, FINRA, HIPAA, etc.), harassment, bullying, or digital loss prevention.
