GainSight Add-in app integration

The Gainsight Add-in for Avaya Cloud Office notifies teams in team chat/messaging of new conversations, questions and articles published to a Gainsight community. Users can then respond directly to these community posts from within the team chat/messaging experience, shortening response times, and building closer relationships with customers.

The Gainsight Add-in is currently in beta.

Requirements

Ask your Avaya Cloud Office administrator to install this bot into your Avaya Cloud Office account, then invite the bot into the team that you want to receive Gainsight activity.
