Used in conjunction with Bridge Operator Console, Bridge Call Queue Alert sends notification to RC teams when a call queue has waiting calls. Administrators are able to build custom notification rules in the BOC license portal and define call alert thresholds. Each notification has a link to RC service web, allowing call supervisors to add users to the queue to help with the waiting callers.
