Video Conferencing FAQs
With RingCentral, navigating through virtual meetings is a breeze.
If you’re hosting a meeting:
- Log in to RingCentral, which should give you a choice to host or join a meeting.
- Fill out all necessary details: your meeting name, date and time, if it’s recurring, and if you want to add a password.
- Click schedule, and you’re done. Simply copy the meeting details and send them to anyone you’d like to invite to your meeting.
- For a spontaneous meeting, just click “Meet,” and you’ll be brought to the conference page and given a meeting ID to share.
If you’re joining a meeting:
- Log in to RingCentral or visit the company website via a web browser.
- Click “Join a meeting.”
- Enter the meeting ID from the email invitation, and you’re done.
